Your order will be shipped via SMSA, Aramex, or Saudi Post | Subul
For "express delivery" products, or any other company that delivers to your area. The most suitable company will also be chosen if your order is shipped free of charge or through any of our special offers.

Express Delivery Products: 1-5 business days
Shoes: 10-20 business days
Bags: 5-20 business days
Please note that some shipments may incur customs fees, which may be payable to the shipping company. These fees range from 10-60 SAR, as the shipments are imported from outside Saudi Arabia. The customer is responsible for paying these fees to the shipping company, which is outside our scope of work, and they are paid to the Zakat and Customs Authority.
Delays beyond our control may occur if shipments are held up in customs. In some cases, the delay may extend up to 14 additional business days, depending on customs clearance requirements.
