Return Policy
At Al Aali Boutique, we meticulously inspect every product to ensure it meets our rigorous quality standards, guaranteeing a seamless and exceptional experience. However, unintentional manufacturing or human errors may occasionally occur. Therefore, we sincerely apologize in advance if you receive the wrong product, one that doesn"t match your order, or one with any manufacturing defects. In such cases, we will replace your product with the exact same color, style, and size, provided you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You can do this by sending a message to our customer service WhatsApp number (available in-store) or emailing our customer service at [email protected]. Alternatively, the product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original accessories included. After verifying and approving your return, we will issue a return policy. Once we receive and inspect the replacement product, we will send you a replacement.
All orders at Boutique Al Aali are final. Since these products are custom-made to order, we do not offer exchanges for reasons such as "unsuitable size" or "disapproval." Sizes are clearly stated on the product page, and product images accurately depict the item. Therefore, we regret that we cannot accept exchanges.
As the products are handmade, minor imperfections may occur, which are not considered manufacturing defects.
Return Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies particularly to clothing items, which are non-returnable for the safety and well-being of our customers. Non-conforming or damaged products can be exchanged according to the exchange policy outlined in the "Exchange Policy" section.
Once the product has been shipped to the customer, the order cannot be canceled. The customer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours.
If the product is sent damaged or if some accessories are unavailable, the cost will be deducted from the order invoice.
If the shipment is sent but not received by the customer and is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-receipt or Refusal of Shipment: In the event of a delay in receiving the shipment or if you refuse to receive it, we assure you that the shipment will not be returned to the store"s warehouses. Since the products are shipped from outside Saudi Arabia and the store does not have warehouses within Saudi Arabia, the shipping company will destroy the shipment. Therefore, we are not responsible for your non-receipt or refusal of the shipment, and the store is not responsible for any consequences or fees related to reshipping or destruction. Furthermore, Boutique Al-Aali is not responsible for compensating the customer with another product or refunding the purchase price in any way.
Cancellation Policy: All orders at Boutique Al-Aali are subject to the terms of service. Al-Aali products are final and custom-made to order. Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of payment. Orders cannot be canceled after this time, whether before, during, or after shipment.
