For "instant delivery" products or any company that allows delivery to your area. The most appropriate company will also be chosen if your order was shipped for free or through any of our offers.

It should also be noted that some shipments may be subject to customs fees that may require payment to the shipping company and are estimated at between 10-60 riyals because the shipments are imported from outside Saudi Arabia, the customer pays them to the shipping company and this is outside the scope of our work and is paid to the Ministry of Zakat and Customs.

There may be delays beyond our control if shipments are stopped at customs, and in some circumstances the delay may reach up to 14 additional working days depending on customs requirements for clearing the shipment.
